For us, the IT and tech industry includes IT professional services companies, software providers, IT-based business models, and other professional services companies. We also place a particular focus on the partner networks of global IT providers Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and AWS.

In addition to providing M&A consulting services, we have been active in the IT and tech industry for decades as a supervisory board and sparring partner. Furthermore, participating in important conferences and building our own databases are also fundamental to our industry expertise. Through our involvement in the Northern Germany Innovation Office in San Francisco, we are represented in what is probably the most important IT and tech hotspot in the world. This keeps us very close to the latest developments in the industry.
