I support the exchange between San Francisco / Silicon Valley and Schleswig-Holstein / Northern Germany. I am back at EUROCON since February 2023. I was already part of the team for one year during my master studies of business administration at Kiel University. In the meantime, I worked for a leading US company in the field of sports marketing, which has been expanding to the European market since a private equity company took over a majority stake. This time gave me a different perspective on M&A projects and was very instructive in terms of setting up structures and processes in an international environment. My tasks at EUROCON mainly include project-related support of the managing partners, especially in the IT + Tech sector.

After studying law in Kiel and Stockholm, passing the first and second state exams, and completing my legal clerkship with placements in Kiel, Hamburg, and New Zealand, I could advise several companies in a Hamburg-based commercial law firm. After moving to the private sector, I worked as General Counsel in the area of legal, the development of organizations, a large number of corporate transactions, and led many strategic initiatives. The strategic cooperation with entrepreneurs, private equity companies, venture capital, start-ups, and many other stakeholders has always particularly appealed to me. The parties’ interests are the focus of every transaction and guide the strategic design.

my heart beats “green and white” as I am originally from Bremen. Together with my husband, our three children and a dog, I have lived near the Kieler Fjord for a long time.
