Activities in Germany were to be expanded through a buy-and-build strategy. One of the focal points was to be the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365, for which a transnational group strategy required an expansion of activities in Germany.
Due to the long-standing contacts of EUROCON within the Microsoft partner network, potential sellers were quickly identified. The existing basis of trust with some candidates enabled efficient discussions and a speedy acquisition process with a renowned company in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 segment.
