Hans Otte e.K. was founded by Hans Otte more than 30 years ago as a sole proprietorship. The company operates within the business segments heating, air conditioning, sanitary and building plumbing in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg.
For many years EUROCON has accompanied the great development of the company. This does not only apply to the process-oriented company structuring but also to the matters of corporate financing and strategic positioning.
The construction of the new production facility and the considerable growth of the company required additional financial resources. EUROCON took over the procurement of capital for the investments on a debt and equity basis and conducted negotiations with the already involved and potential capital providers.
