About our client

GemiTeam GmbH from Regensburg/Bavaria is specialised in the competent realisation of complex business management solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. In addition to its own solution for access- and energy management, the company’s core competences also included the classic ERP business based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV until its carve-out.

About the project

The two divisions of GemiTeam were managed almost autonomously by the two shareholders. As part of a necessary succession due to health issues of one of the shareholders, the ERP division was to be sold as a carve-out.
