Disruptive technologies, strong competition and changes in the regulatory framework are constantly changing the market. Moreover, the market is changing as a result of digitization, internationalization and the increasing expectations of end customers.

Since our foundation we have been advising companies in the medical technology sector. In the course of time, we have expanded our consulting services to include trading companies for medical technology and health care products. Since a few years ago we have also worked on projects with medical-care centers and service companies in the nursing segment.

Through various projects in recent years we have been able to build up a broad network of investors and industry experts. We have successfully advised transactions within the health industry and comprehensively advised on sell- and buy-side projects.
