I have been advising entrepreneurs and companies for 30 years – always personally. In the first years I was very enthusiastic about innovation consulting, restructuring and shareholdings. 20 years ago I specialized exclusively on company sales/purchases, succession planning, buy & build strategies and corporate shareholdings as well as the associated strategy development. The experience I have gathered from national and international M&A projects in various industries with family businesses as well as small and large corporations helps me to gain a good overall understanding for each of our clients today. Each project has its own specific demands and there are many things to consider – not only the price. It is my task to bring all these project requirements into a meaningful solution and to ensure a successful outcome for our client. This is what I stand for – 100%.

Privately…
I am married with two kids and a dog named Nick. As a co-founder of the organization The Bay Areas e.V. I support the exchange between San Francisco / Silicon Valley and Schleswig-Holstein / Northern Germany. I am personally interested in the current challenges of our time, such as Smart Region, New Energy, mobility and mind-change for social change. In my free time I enjoy the diversity of rural life.
