More than 20 years ago Sushi for Friends was founded as Hamburg’s first Sushi delivery service and pioneer of the industry. In 2006, this pioneering spirit led to the opening of Hamburg’s first design restaurant, the White Lounge, now known as TYO TYO. Sushi for Friends today offers a successful franchise model in the business area of delivery services for sushi.
Our client has been a franchisee of the Sushi for Friends brand for many years. The acquisition of the brand, the franchise concept and the restaurant was the logical consequence of the strategy. In the future, the brand and franchise concept will be further developed in other regions in order to raise and further expand the potential of the business model.
Our client acquired all assets and the trademark rights from the seller and further developed it into a sustainable business concept for the future. EUROCON advised on the necessary transaction financing and established contacts to potential investors.
