Alfred Gabriel GmbH & Co. KG is a specialist for roof- and wall technology with over 50 employees and a focus on flat roofs.
After more than 40 years of active and successful work and management, Alfred Gabriel was looking for a matching successor. The search proved to be a difficult undertaking, as a successor had to have profound knowledge in the special field of flat roof sealing and also have adequate financial resources . Mr. Gabriel asked EUROCON to take care of the succession and to find a suitable buyer for his company.
With Ditting Group, a project developer and general contractor for major projects, a suitable buyer was found for whom our client represented an ideal addition to the value chain. Through our sister company FEL GmbH we were able to find an ideally qualified managing director, which was a requirement to complete the deal.
