Inway Systems GmbH, founded in 2003 by Matthias Schuster and Michael Maier, is a renown specialist for ERP solutions based on Microsoft technologies. With more than 110 employees across six locations, the company has established itself as a leading provider for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions in Germany. Its offering is enhanced by proprietary add-ons designed to automate and optimize business processes.
As a result of the growth in previous years, the two managing partners decided to bring a strategic partner on board to unlock the existing potential and to further accelerate their growth. EUROCON was engaged to develop various strategic options in a selective process.
Following a selective process, the shareholders chose CloudFit Group as their strategic partner. Inway has teamed up with Objektkultur Software GmbH, another Dynamics 365 specialist focused on customer experience applications and custom software development, which is also part of CloudFit Group. This partnership expands the joint offering across the entire Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio. In addition to operational synergies, Inway gains support from the financial investor Afinum, an experienced growth partner and majority shareholder of CloudFit Group. Both founders have made a significant reinvestment and will continue to be involved in the company. Matthias Schuster remains Managing Director of Inway Systems, while Michael Maier will take on an advisory role.
