Our client was a family-owned and -managed company with international activities in the concrete industry. For 45 years they have been successfully operating in the areas of concrete admixtures, surface protection products and concrete colours.

About the project

The 2nd generation of the family decided, that a strategic investor was needed to be well prepared for the future. EUROCON was contracted to find a larger international company as a partner for a successful future.

Together with the managing partner, the matching buyer, a large family-owned company, was selected from a long list of interested potential investors. Both parties agreed, that our client continued to operate as an independent company within the buyer’s group to ensure the company could continue to grow its own brand.

I liked the professional presentation of facts and figures and the presentation of the company’s potential. I did not only felt like getting professional advise but also that I was in good hands on a personal level. EUROCON worked on this time-consuming project with a success based fee only.
