Wolfgang Doose Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH was founded by Wolfgang Doose 20 years ago in a garage and has developed into a state-of-the-art mid-sized company. The company manufactures complex and highly innovative fixtures and injection moulding tools for production facilities in various production segments.
After the succesful company takeover by Mr. Dr. Frerichs significant invstments were made to expand the machine park and to build a new production site in order to prepare the company for the future. With the completion of the investments, the company will be able to make use of automated processes and further new technologies such as additive manufacturing.
The construction of the new production facility and the purchase of machinery required financial resources. EUROCON has taken over the capital procurement for the investment on a dept and equity capital basis and conducted negotiations with the previously involved parties and potential capital providers. In addition, subsidies, which are contributing to the realisation of the investment project, were identified and integrated.
The business planning, the application for subsidies and the negotiations with potential financing partners would not have been successfully possible without EUROCON.
