The tegos Group from Dortmund has ensured the competitiveness of its customers from the waste disposal and recycling industry as well as the metal and scrap metal trade with its IT solutions for more than 20 years. 350 customers in 25 countries count on their software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The tegos Group had decided to take over the business activities of a partner for their software solution in several European countries to strengthen its own international activities.
Patience, persistence as well as the right deal and purchase price structure were key for the project success. Due to the different commercial status of the businesses in France, Great Britain, Belgium and the Netherlands, a suitable framework had to be found.
The negotiations were about to fail when we decided to involve EUROCON, the recommendation came from Microsoft. Axel Schulz was able to jump into the project with a high commitment right away. We stayed in close contact also after the deal to continue discussing strategic matters.
