Shaping the future with expertise – for over 30 years
For over 30 years, we have been advising medium-sized companies on M&A transactions and corporate finance issues. We have successfully supported over 400 projects – with a clear commitment to quality, responsibility, and partnership.
As a consulting firm steeped in tradition yet dynamic, we know that the future is shaped by new perspectives. And that is precisely why we invest in people who want to shape the future with us.

A career with us – responsibility from day one
Whether you are a student or already have professional experience, with us you will be working at the heart of the project. You will support strategic analyses, prepare company valuations, and participate in transactions. This will give you valuable insights into the practice of M&A and corporate finance – and help you develop a deep understanding of business contexts step by step.

Learn, grow, advance
We promote performance without losing sight of the personal component. Direct teamwork, individual feedback, and an open learning culture characterize our everyday work. Regardless of your entry point, we offer you room for professional development and the opportunity to take on responsibility early on.

Long-term prospects
Joining us—whether as an intern, working student, consultant, or at senior level—is the start of a shared journey. Those who are a good fit for us will find a wide range of opportunities to help shape their own career and the future of our company.

A supportive team culture
Success comes from teamwork. We work in a focused, flexible, and highly committed manner – and at the same time, we know how important it is to work well together. Appreciation, open communication, and mutual support characterize our everyday work and define us as a team.

Benefits that create real added value
We recognize performance – and we reward it: through project and performance bonuses, individual training, and development opportunities. Company sports, offsite workshops, and regular team events provide balance. This is how we combine challenging project work with an environment where people feel comfortable and enjoy working together.
