Bekla Werkzeugbau GmbH was founded 15 years ago and specialised on high precision synthetic injection moulding tools. The range of services included the production of multi-cavity and high-temperature tools as well as comprehensive support for tool manufacturing.
The founder did not have a family successor and was therefore looking for a suitable buyer.
EUROCON has secured the capital procurement for the transaction on debt and equity capital basis, as well as conducted the negotiations throughout the whole transaction process with the involved parties and potential investors.
In an exceptionally short time, we were able to complete the acquisition, which was not actually planned. This was only possible with the competent and very experienced consulting by EUROCON.
